A proxy (wakil) is someone you appoint to attend the AGM and vote on your behalf because you cannot attend. 委托代表（Wakil）是指您委托另一位合格的业主，代替您出席 AGM（年度大会），并在会议上为您投票。
No. One eligible owner can only appoint ONE (1) proxy for ONE (1) unit — and equally, one person can only act as proxy for one unit. 不可以。每一位合格的业主，只能担任一个单位的委托代表。

Yes. If Owner A is an eligible owner and appoints Person B (outsider / name not on SPA) as proxy, the following applies: 可以。如果业主 A 是合格业主，委托 B（非 SPA 名单内 / 外部人士）为委托代表，需要满足以下条件：
- The Proxy Form must be completed by hand;委托表必须以手写方式填写；

If Owner 1 (you) is eligible but appoints Owner 2 (who has NOT completed MOT) as proxy, this is not allowed — Owner 2 is not eligible. 如果业主 1（您）是合格的，但业主 2（您想委托的对象）尚未完成 MOT，则该委托不符合资格，不能生效。

Each owner must complete their own Proxy Form. For example, if Owner 1 and Owner 2 both want to appoint the same person, Proxy C, they each fill in a separate form — Proxy Form #1 and Proxy Form #2. 每一位业主都必须各自填写自己的委托代表表格。例如业主 1 和业主 2 若要委托同一位委托代表 C，需分别填写委托代表表格 #1 和 #2。

Exception: if your unit is jointly owned and you need to appoint someone outside the owners as proxy, you're allowed to photostat (photocopy) the original form. 例外：除非你是联名，而且因为要委托 owner 以外的人代表去投票，那么你就可以把 proxy form 拿去 photostat（复印）。
